- Three queen rooms with canopy bed or 4 poster bed, king room, twin room (2 twin beds).
- All rooms have one queen-size bed, private bath, cable TV and air
conditioning.
- A full breakfast is served between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m.
- Room rates are for two people per room and do not include 9.7% State
and Local taxes.
- Two-night minimum stays on summer weekends, three-night minimum on
some holiday weekends.
- Check in is after 3:00 p.m.; check out is by 10:00 a.m.
- The Pepper House Inn is a non-smoking inn.
- We are sorry that we cannot accommodate pets.
- For stays of 3 nights or less, full payment is due with reservation. For more than 3 nights a 50% deposit on reservation, balance is due 14 days prior to check-in
- Cancellations: A 14 day cancellation policy applies. Full is due with payment is due for cancellations of 14 days or less, if the room is able to be rebooked, then a $25 fee will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
